One-time purchases and monthly subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following billing period. Because the service delivers value immediately upon use (the analysis itself), purchases are generally non-refundable once a scan has been used — but reach out if something went wrong and we'll look at it case by case.
